Maintenance
Therapy

- If you have been discharged by your primary therapy provider, or reached the maximium rehabilitative potential with authorized visits, teletherapy is a way to prevent a decline and keep-up with your routine.
Post-Hospitalization & Generalized Weakness

Teletherapy needs supplemented in-person visits for:
Certain Orthopedic
Issues

Certain orthopedic conditions require joint mobilizations/manual therapy, such as:
- Frozen shoulder
- Knee replacement
- Trigger point therapy
- Dry Needling
- Lumbar/cervical traction
High Fall-Risk
Patients

It may not be safe to conduct all exercises without someone in-person supervising/spotting patient for safety.
Transfer-Dependent
Patients

- Patients that require physical transfers and max assists may require in-person therapy.
Certain Pulmonary
Conditions

Select pulmonary conditions may require in-person postural drainage and respiratory therapy.
Certain Vestibular
Issues

Vestibular issues such as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) may require in-person maneuvering for canalith repositioning.
Certain Caregiver Training Protocols

- Certain caregivers may need an in-person session with a clinician to learn proper body mechanics for assisting the patient, followed by virtual follow-up visits for continued support and assessment.
